Grade 1 Rim-Type Exit Device, Push to Exit Bar

ANSI A 156.3, Grade 1 Rugged rim exit bar. For 30”-48” doors, rim-type, dead latch for additional security, reversible, bar can be locked open. UL Listed, Silver.

Features:

Heavy-duty ANSI Grade 1 steel construction
Allows exit from inside while locked from outside
UL Listed, ANSI/BHMA A156.3, Grade 1, UL 305
Reversible, non-handed design
Separate deadlocking latch prevents the use of credit
cards or similar means to open the latch bolt
Hex-type 1
/4-turn dogging lock allows the exit bar to
be unlocked for extended periods of time
Includes all hardware for typical installation
Works with standard external door handle/lock
devices (not included)
For metal or wood doors up to 13
/4" thick
Fits doors from 33" to 48" wide
