Dialer Capture Module

Resideo's PRODCM is an optional Dialer Capture Module for control panels that send Contact ID alarm signals via the control panel’s dialer. PRODCM is used for control panels that do not support Resideo ECP data communication, sending Contact ID alarm signals via the control panel’s TELCO dialer. The Dialer Capture Module replaces the phone line and simulates the phone service to the control panel. The alarms are then sent to AlarmNet® for routing to the central monitoring station. The Dialer Capture Module only supports one-way communications - from the control panel to the central station. For those control panels that support two-way voice communications, speakerphones, paging, follow-me, etc., these features will no longer be available. The control panel must be programmed for one-way communications only.
