The SM-207-5Q/BR is a compact press-fit magnetic door contact designed for security and access control applications. It features a 3/8” diameter closed-loop design with a stubby switch and stubby magnet, allowing for discreet installation in doors and frames.

This contact is used to detect the opening and closing of doors or windows by completing or breaking the magnetic circuit. When the magnet and switch are separated, the system triggers a signal to the control panel, making it suitable for intrusion detection systems.

Designed with a 3/8” operating gap, the SM-207-5Q/BR provides reliable performance in residential and commercial installations. Its brown finish allows it to blend discreetly with darker wood surfaces for a clean, low-visibility installation.
