The Maximal33RD is a rack-mounted access power controller designed to efficiently distribute and manage power for access control systems and related security devices. It converts a 115VAC 50/60Hz input into sixteen independently controlled outputs, providing either 12VDC or 24VDC power with built-in PTC protection for added safety and reliability.

Each output can be triggered individually using a normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dry contact signal from devices such as access control panels, card readers, keypads, push buttons, or motion sensors. This allows flexible integration with a wide range of access control hardware, including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and door holders.

The unit supports both fail-safe and fail-secure operation modes, making it adaptable to different security requirements. It also includes a fire alarm control panel (FACP) interface for emergency egress and alarm monitoring, and it can be used to trigger auxiliary systems when needed.

Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature can be configured per output, allowing selective shutdown of connected devices during emergency conditions. Overall, the Maximal33RD provides centralized, configurable, and reliable power management for complex access control installations.
