Aiphone IXGW-TGW IXG Cloud Gateway Adaptor with Sim Card

The IXGW-TGW is a gateway device designed for Aiphone IX and IXG Series intercom systems, providing remote system management and mobile app connectivity. It enables tenants to communicate with visitors and remotely unlock doors using their smartphones, offering convenient access control from virtually anywhere.

The IXGW-TGW is required for systems utilizing remote management services and also functions as the platform for mobile app integration. In non-remote managed applications, up to 99 gateways can be supported within a single system, providing flexibility for larger installations.

An optional SIM card can be activated to provide LTE connectivity, allowing the gateway to operate using a cellular network as either the primary communication path or a backup connection in the event of a network outage. The system supports one phone number per tenant and allows up to eight mobile devices to be registered to each tenant station. The IXG mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
